Weather
The weather station is now powered by a brand new PC, so hopefully will be more reliable
than the previous museum piece.
When the dot flashes red, data has been received from the sailing club, this should
be every 5 seconds or so.
The barometer is now working-again, updated every 20 minutes.
We have no rainfall measuring equipment at the club, so that data is omitted.
